"If your looking for a realtor you will have a great experience with Laz. This market is tough and he made every effort to get me in every property I liked the same day on my schedule around my work. He answered me every time I contacted him even with random questions I’d have which we all have, and gave me the best advice that helped me with my purchase. He never pressured me into doing anything or making an offer on places, he is patient which that is huge and also part of the great experience he gives. He also has a great eye for what to look out for inside and outside the house like an inspector would look for. I can’t say enough if you need someone use Laz, he is a true professional. I will use him on future moves also for sure."

"We recently purchased a home in Florida, and the sellers required a 45 day closing. At that point, we hadn't even contacted a realtor. Laz was recommended to us, and we called him. He immediately set up a meeting and went over all details with us. We had about 30 showings in a 3 day period, with multiple offers. Laz met with us again and helped us to pick the offer best suited to us. We managed to close in time to meet our required dates, and got what we consider to be a great deal. Laz was very responsive, be it emails, texts, or phone calls. By the end he felt more like a friend than a business acquaintance.
